Born and raised in Rhodes Greece, Anastasios Konstantaros is a visionary leader in the fields of maritime tourism and destination development.

He serves as CEO of the Rhodes Tourism Promotion Organization (PROTOUR) and BoatsAdvisor Hub & Events, and as Special Advisor for Maritime Tourism Development to the Municipal Port Fund of Southern Dodecanese.

He studied Architecture in Germany and gained extensive professional experience in project management and strategic planning for multinational companies in the construction and real estate banking sectors. Currently pursuing studies in Tourism Management, he combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of sustainable growth and destination strategy.

His work focuses on redefining Greece’s maritime identity through innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. As the driving force behind initiatives such as the International Sea Tourism Festival and the Panhellenic Yachting Congress, he continues to build bridges between the private and public sectors, showcasing the Aegean and the Eastern Mediterranean as global models of blue growth and destination excellence.
