Anastasios Konstantaros is a maritime tourism development consultant, tourism strategist, and international event organizer specializing in sustainable tourism, destination management, and the blue economy.
He is the Founder & CEO of BoatsAdvisor Hub & Events, an international consultancy and event organization focused on maritime tourism development, destination strategy, and international industry events. He also serves as Maritime Tourism Development Consultant to the Municipal Port Fund of South Dodecanese & the Municipal Port Fund of Kalymnos, while collaborating closely with the Chamber of Commerce of the Dodecanese on tourism development and blue economy strategies. In addition, he is a Welcome Ashore Ambassador for Greece, contributing to international initiatives that promote responsible cruise tourism and stronger connections between destinations, local communities, and visitors.
With extensive experience across the cruise, yachting, and coastal tourism sectors, he collaborates with ports, marinas, municipalities, and tourism authorities across Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean, supporting strategic planning, destination positioning, tourism promotion, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Anastasios is the founder and organizer of major industry initiatives including the International Sea Tourism Festival and the Panhellenic Yachting Congress, platforms that bring together policymakers, industry leaders, and tourism stakeholders to shape the future of maritime tourism and coastal destination development.
From 2024 to 2026, he served as CEO of the Rhodes Tourism Promotion Organization (PROTOUR), leading initiatives focused on destination branding, international outreach, tourism innovation, and the strategic positioning of Rhodes as a year-round tourism destination.
A frequent international speaker and moderator, he actively contributes to discussions on tourism innovation, cruise and yachting development, destination branding, and sustainable coastal economies, with a strong focus on linking tourism growth with local prosperity and long-term destination resilience.
